Patient Triage.
We have now gone live with our new online consultation service - Total Triage. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. If you feel your request is urgent and the forms are closed, please call the surgery for advice. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead on 0114 2435504.
This request should not be used for emergency medical treatment. We offer one appointment per problem.
Please Note: Total Triage Opening Hours:
07.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 07.30am – 12.00pm you can submit urgent and routine medical requests.
Please submit home visit requests before 11.00am, otherwise they may not be reviewed until the following morning.
12.00pm – 6.30pm only routine medical requests can be submitted. These will be reviewed within 1 working day (excluding Friday’s, these will be reviewed on Monday morning)
Admin requests can be submitted from 07.30am to 6.30pm After 6.30pm the service is closed. Please contact NHS 111 or visit local urgent care services for help.
